Spider veins and varicose veins

Spider veins are small, red and blue blood vessels that are visible on the surface of the skin. Their appearance resembles a spider’s web or tree branches. They can be removed by chemicals that are introduced into the capillary to close it (sclerotherapy), as well as by laser.

To detect the types of spider veins and varicose veins, Doppler ultrasound is used, which provides all the information necessary to establish the treatment to be followed.

Cheekbone filler with hyaluronic acid

Loss of volume in the cheekbones and cheeks is one of the most visible signs of facial ageing. With hyaluronic acid filler, a molecule produced naturally by our body to keep the skin hydrated, we can restore lost volume, define and enhance the features, and correct wrinkles and imperfections of the face. In addition, hyaluronic acid filler stimulates the production of collagen and elastin by the patient’s own skin.

It is a simple treatment that is generally performed in a single session, lasting between 30 and 45 minutes. Hyaluronic acid is a biocompatible substance, i.e. the body recognises it as its own, minimising any side effects or allergic reactions. It generally takes a year to be fully reabsorbed. After that year, the treatment can be repeated.

Facial mesotherapy

Facial mesotherapy is a medical treatment performed with micro-injections of vitamins and other active ingredients that significantly improve the quality of the skin and prevent and treat skin ageing.

The micro-injections are infiltrated into the most superficial layers of the skin and consist of a cocktail of hyaluronic acid with vitamins, trace elements, amino acids and peptides, achieving a global revitalisation of the face from the first session.

Tightening threads

Sagging and flaccidity of the tissues, caused by the loss of collagen and elastin, are the signs of ageing that most often cause concern, both in the face and in the neck area. With the placement of tensor threads we can achieve a lifting effect without surgery, the result being very effective and natural.

The threads are filaments of different thickness and biocompatible (they do not produce allergic effects or rejection), which are placed at the level of the dermis with a needle that serves as a guide and is subsequently removed, leaving the thread in the right position to correct the flaccidity. The results last from one to two years.

Collagen stimulators

As a consequence of the loss of density in the tissues of the lower third of the face due to the passage of time, unwanted wrinkles and loss of volume often occur, especially in the cheekbones, cheeks, jowls, contours of the cheeks and neck.

Nowadays we have the means to stimulate collagen production by the skin itself, thus returning it to the same suspension and allowing the facial oval to be redesigned.
